The lobby area was absolutely amazing, a perfect chill-out spot to meet cool fellow travelers! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to transport and awesome restaurants. The room had privacy curtains, ensuite bathroom, A/C, and card entry. a mind-blowing experience!

the location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the MTR and with bus stops right across the street. It was surrounded by food shops of all kinds, from cheap eats to more expensive options. the hostel itself had a cozy lounge with fast internet and a kitchen, perfect for socializing and cooking. the staff at the 24-hour desk were friendly and helpful, and there was even a luggage room available for storage before or after your stay. I had a fantastic time at this hostel and would highly recommend it.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping areas, and easily accessible via MTR. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean beds and refreshing shower. The roof lounge is a hidden gem worth discovering. Reliable wifi connection.

Chance to meet lots of travellers as its very busy. Great location.
Very crowded dorms, expensive for what you get. There's a lot of party drunkards staying here stumbling in at the early hours. Don't expect a decent nights sleep. If you're looking to meet other party goers this place is for you.

Location. it's in the center of Hongkong(causeway bay).a lot of shopping areas just around the corner.And the hotel is a nice place to meet new people from around the world.
it's not about the hotel but it's more of the guests. since this is a backpacker hotel, guest come and go anytime and wakes me up. other than that,nothing really.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Best location in Causeway bay, just next to the Metro exit, and 1 min on foot to access Time Square and SOGO.
Be careful of insects which bitten you on legs while sleep.
